I made a special request upon purchase. She not only responded so quickly to my initial inquiry, she was unhesitently accommodating and when I wasn't getting her messages (due to a login error on my end), she was persistent in following up with me. It was very evident she genuinely cared about getting this special order to me and it was so appreciated as I didn't allow much time before baby's arrival when I placed the order. Best customer service I've probably ever received.
